Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.


1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the personal nature of fragrance products, we only accept returns if:

✔ The wrong item was delivered

✔ The product arrived damaged

✔ The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

Opened or used perfumes cannot be returned for hygiene and authenticity reasons.


2. Return Window

Returns must be initiated within:
48 hours of receiving the product.

After 48 hours, returns can no longer be accepted.


3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened perfume bottles
  • Used items
  • Discounted sale items (unless damaged)
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse

4. Refund Process

Once your return request is approved:

→ For damaged or wrong items:

You may choose between:

  • A replacement of the same item
  • A store credit
  • A full refund

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.


5. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed only when:

  • You received a wrong item
  • The product arrived damaged

We do not exchange perfumes simply because the customer dislikes the fragrance.


6. Return Shipping

  • If the error is from our end (wrong item or damaged item):
    We cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is due to customer error (wrong address, refused delivery, etc.):
    Customer covers shipping fees.

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once the courier picks up your package, cancellation is no longer possible.
